About Joomlatools
Nooku is developed by a group of experienced, dedicated software architects called Joomlatools. We specialise in training, consulting and development for the open source web content management system, Joomla!
Our other hatchlings include DOCman, an open source document management and download system for Joomla! and SITEman, a Java desktop application to manage your Joomla! 1.5 sites.
Our mission is to incubate Nooku, the first true Mulit-Lingual extension for Joomla! 1.5, to catalyse and champion a diverse, open and multi-lingual and multi-cultural web. To this end, our partners include both high-level not-for-profit organisations like the United Nations and Belgium Local Police and leading web solutions providers and a language translation companies.
We are thankfull to the Joomla! Project and Opensourcematters, Inc and all the innovating free and open source software developers who brought Joomla! to where it is today.
We value the open source philosphy and are active contributors or committers on several open source projects most importantly, Joomla! and Eclipse.
